Ultimate Karting Championship Launches for 2020

There is a new championship on the scene for 2020, and its called The Ultimate Karting Championship. Cool name, right? The championship, set up by racers, for racers will run over 7 rounds providing unrivalled media coverage for drivers.

The championship will have TV coverage, including monthly programs about the series and the standing. As well as that, we will be covering as many of the rounds as possible. The usual classes will be on the grid, including the full Iame and Rotax package (minus Micro Max) as well as the Honda Cadets, but there is a cap of 34 drivers per class.

The 7 round championship starts at GYG on the first weekend in April. Round 2 will be at Shenington at the end of May. 3 weeks later the series heads back up north to Rowrah for round 3. Then its a trip to Llandow in south wales for round 4. Round 5 will be at Whilton Mill at the start of August with Clay Pigeon the host of round 6 in September. The series finale will be at Fulbeck in the middle of October.

Round 1 – GYG – April 4th & 5th
Round 2 – Shenington – May 30th & 31st
Round 3 – Rowrah – June 20th & 21st
Round 4 – Llandow – July 18th & 19th
Round 5 – Whilton Mill – August 8th & 9th
Round 6 – Clay Pigeon – September 19th & 20th
Round 7 – Fulbeck – October 10th & 11th
